Can’t charge/won’t turn on or doesn’t light up?
1.Please fully charge the item first, or use another data cable to check again.
2.If you don’t use it often, please charge it once a month.
Product wifi connection does not work?
1.If other Wi-Fi coverage area is strong, the product signal will be affected by the Wi-Fi coverage. In this case, we recommend changing the environment to try.
2. Confirm whether there are other cell phones connecting to the product WiFi, or whether the cell phone opens the permission of the App to connect to the abnormal WiFi.
App display abnormality/(lens blur/black screen)?
1.Please make sure whether your phone has the permission to open the APP to connect to the abnormal WiFi.
2. Please uninstall and reinstall to check and make sure you choose the right APP.
3.Please wipe the lens of the product with a dry towel.

I have found this removal tool to work very well! The amplified camera is a great feature showing you exactly where the wax is without pushing it further into the ear. It¡¯s extremely useful knowing how far you¡¯re sticking something inside your ear and this setup certainly prevents you from doing any damage.
The Bluetooth is easy and quick to set up and hasn¡¯t give any issues (been using for 3 months now).

This is a great item. Out of the box, placed on charger and was very easy to setup and use the app. Camera is good quality and has a good picture. The device allows with the app to take pictures and video during use.
Highly recommend this product over using ear wax candles or a doctor if not warranted.
