SET UP IS IMPORTANT. Follow the instructions provided in the manual or on the video to dispense one full sheet or one half sheet of paper towel for best results.
SMART DISPENSER automatically retracts any unused sheets keeping your roll clean and dry.
EASY TO LOAD. Simply open the dispenser and place your roll inside, leaving 1 sheet outside of the dispenser. Follow the instructions to set up the dispenser. We recommend dispensing 1 full or ½ sheet of towel
EASY TO REPLACE A NEW ROLL WHEN YOU RUN OUT. Open the dispenser, take out the empty roll and place your new roll inside. It is important to set up the dispenser to dispense 1 full or ½ sheet each time you replace a roll.
USE WITH YOUR FAVORITE PAPER TOWELS. Works with most paper towel brands and sizes. Not compatible with mega rolls or ultra-thick, cloth-like paper towels.
POWER ON. The countertop unit can be plugged into the wall or uses 4 D batteries. Note: The undercabinet unit does not have the option for battery power.

This is a great product! Works and looks amazing. No touch at all. I love the way it works! When paper is out and you don’t need more the machine is taking the paper back in…WOW…HOW NICE! No need to hold machine to take paper you need and no water drops. Love it, love it a lot!!!!!

The good; Runs on batteries or AC so if you have room on your kitchen counter for a wall wart you’ll never have to change the batteries. However, the battery availability is good if you lose power, because if it loses power, it will lose its calibration. You’ll have to dispense many paper towels and tear one off again to set its dispensing length. Maybe I can use them as a backup, I’ll have to try that. The unit dispenses well, and holds well enough to rip off a paper towel when you want, easy to load, indicates when it’s out. It also has a function to hold your hand in front of the sensor if you want more than one paper towel. Simple to use. Also available in Silver to match your appliances.

My husband was skeptical when he saw it, then he used it and we love it! It is great when your ands need to be wiped as you can use the back of your hand to activate the paper towels coming out, whatever you don’t use, it pulls them back in. My husband and I love this product!! Highly recommend!
